You can play however you like. You can explore a Planet for hours or you do Bounty Hunter Quests or be a Space Taxi. If you want action you can get action. Especially in the faction quests.

Everywhere everyone says that you need to play like 12 hours for it to be fun; and thats the truth. I was very disappointed the first few hours but after the 10th or so hour I was absolutely hooked. Gunplay is awesome, Quests are fun. You need a good PC to run it though
