I think he likely was around the size and strenght of Robert/Sandor. Like he would have for sure made the list of the men whom Jaime considered as stronger than himself (in terms of brute strenght).

I would go as far as say that Gwayne vs Daemon duel is the most legendary 1v1 that we know of. At least in terms of overall skill of the fighters.
