Because Sanji who fought Queen was not different than Sanji who fought Daifuku. Zoro who fought Kyoshiro, Apoo, Kamazo was different than Zoro who fought King. Zoro vs Kamazo/Apoo/Kyoshiro was Zoro without advCoA. Zoro who fought King was Zoro who used advCoA. Reading is not hard.
