Ragnir stopped guarding the fruit and chose Loki like condom god chose Luffy. In fact, ragnir beat Loki when he smashed Loki's hammer.

Because imu is a ruler, not a serial killer. His goals is to build a nation. And you can't do that by just killing everyone for no reason.

They are pretty strong 1. Shamrock is the non cripple version of shanks, with immortality 2. Princess shuri is at the very least yonko level.
