Based on the Uniform it should be a God Knight. The chances of him being a known character or bei g related to a known character is quite high. But tbh for me the design of this old God Knight is more like Aramaki then Shiryu.

At the moment it looks like all Yonkous on the way to Laughtale. If Luffy, Shanks, Blackbeard and Buggy reach Laughtale around the time together with their crews. There are many potential match ups alongside Zoro vs Mihawk.
