your first mistake was thinking df less loki > ragnir > harald/xebec harald never said he couldn't overcome ragnir, he never tried and refused xebecs wishes. Then after getting the HK boost he said there's nothing stopping him from getting the DF. Doesn't mean he would have lost to ragnir...
