Kyoukai wins. If Akou uses the formation to stall, Kyoukai can just turn it into a battle of atrittion and keep reducing the enemy numbers until their eventual destruction. Kyoukai is portrayed to be close to Shin, Ouhon and Mouten as a general, ie near Qin 6 level, while Akou... is not.

Shintei has great defenses because it used to be the capital of Jin (Wei+Han+Zhao) before it divided.

I think Han wins pretty decisively. The only problem will be putting down Sento'un since he's very strong, but tactics wise I think Han is better, so they can tire him out with fodder and then send Yoko Yoko for the finishing blow.
