If Killingham is supposed to be a threat for Sanji he needs a serious boost. Might happen with Imu being there.
Otherwise no need to waste time on a rematch with the exact same outcome.
To be honest the horrendous treatment of Zoro narratively wise had to lead to a downfall in popularity.
One cannot neglect a character like Zoro for so long and expect him to keep the same popularity.
