It's as a single concept, Sword Skill level(1), Power level(1), Haki level(1).. You don't discuss powers level of characters, you discuss power level..

Depending on context, Sword Skill is used as a single attack or single concept as a whole like power level.. If it was Swordsmanship or the collective of Sword Skills or Techniques(the Art of), it would be Kenjutsu, or Tachisuji..

Not greater Sword techniques, greater Sword technique level.. Sword Skill(Kengi) imply specificity, if it was all of Mihawk techniques repertoire then it would just be Swordsmanship(Kenjutsu).. Kaido just really had AdCoC in terms of Haki, Future Sight was a one time cop out..
