Doffy allowed Luffy to beat him so he can go to impel down, avoid fighting Kaido while ending his business with him and also because he wanted to have crocodile's out of prison power up buff, it was all part of his plan, he also wanted to give Tsuru a cool speech

We don't know about IMU backstory but we know Akainu is just a shitty dog following orders like every cop in the real world

Akainu is the blandest villain ever, he doesn't even have his own convictions... Every other admiral is far more interesting than him, even his green ballliker has more charisma, even Hody Jones is better villain than him, and he's the second most pathetic villain in the whole series

Law is the best in this aspect, not even close to the second, if Kidd wasn't retard he could also use his DF like Risotto Nero's stand Metallica, Caesar clown could create many things using his DF properly, Oda isn't Araki

IMU is way more interesting than Akashit, the admiral doesn't even have a clue who's working for, I hope he dies offscreen against BB mirroring Rocks
