Regardless of how the events will unfold,we have two arcs left. Elbaph is the penultimate. Cant you see how One Piece can barely afford two chapters for month? There is no more room for more arcs

Knowing his kind of writing,he probably planned this arc and even Egghead to be way longer,kinda like Wano and Dressrosa,but he understood he has to cut as much stuff as he can,and thats why Egghead and Elbaph may seem messy sometimes,but honestly i like the faster pacing
