Honestly,it happens to me with almost every One Piece fight,with just a few exceptions.
Oda is not that good at writing and drawning fights,and,like with everything else in the story,he has a terribile pacing with them
Usopp is the heart of One Piece. The speech was a great moment,because it felt like classic One Piece.
Oda declared with this speech that,regardless of all the Nika mithology or the Roger parallels,Luffy is just himself,a pirate with his dreams
I didnt write afterwards though. Zaza is still an obstacle until Killingham is defeated.
And Luffy's hit to Imu in the last chapter may take to Sommers and Killingham losing some energy that was coming from Imu
