Doubt it, most Shs won't receive any kind of power-up in Elbaf, most of them won't even get a fight. They're going to have even fewer fights than they had in Wano. I also doubt Sanji or Zoro will actually receive some kind of special power-up in this arc, they barely used the last power-up...
