The problem is that Oda can't portray them right. Like you have 3 GK no-diffing most of the crew so they should be opponents for stronger starwhats, but then Oda changes portrayal to weaker enemies that acting in team, like they have plan, they have gimmick abilities, not the strong antagonists...
