It seems appropriate for Vivi to meet the crew again on Elbaph, because this arc includes the Levely plot with the holy knights. Vivi is the main character of the Levely arc, she should appear on Elbaph and it would be fun to see the Chopper and Wapol moment.

Zoro met Kuina’s grandfather Kouzaburou in his childhood. The connection with Kuina is through his katana he always uses. He wants to become the world’s strongest swordsman, in honor of Kuina. Zoro is from East Blue, and has little connection to Wano, but Moria does.

They chained Loki because his devil fruit powers are either useless or dangerous. His father being portrayed as a stronger normal giant means the power won’t boost Loki’s strength. His power may have been useful during the Rocks era🤷‍♂.

You know if anything, even though he wanted to recruit Harald, Rocks might’ve wanted to be king of Elbaph, or God valley. He failed to take the throne of Mary Geoise, it’s okay for him to try to be king elsewhere. The navy was on to him, maybe they’re the wrong ones instead of evil?
