Zoro never said he poured out all his haki. The keyword here is keep exuding. That doesn't necessarily mean in this panel, Zoro is pouring all his haki. Character in One Piece would die if their haki tank is zero. I can grant you that Zoro poured out ALL his haki then how come these fodders...

Fodders fainted because Zoro leaked CoC. Gaban already told Zoro that he leaked CoC unconsciously.

Where does it say letting out all his haki = flowing CoC into your sword which you call AdvCoC? Where does it say leaking CoC causing fodders to faint = flowing CoC into your sword which you call AdvCoC? If KoH is AdvCoC attack then in this chapter Zoro shouldn't be wondering how to use AdvCoC...
