I started reading Kingdom in 2019 because a friend recommended it to me as an amazing manga series based in ancient China history and as I am a fan of the subject I got into it and then cherished it as one of my top three favorite mangas together with One Piece and LGH.
Also since I have memory...
I think that he will be QG6 level because Han is one of the powers of the period and being the smallest is by no means that it has no capable generals to defend itself, Seikai was just a GG of probably a bigger group and not the best because I being the king of Han would not risk my best cards...
1 Riboku
2 Renpa
3 Rinshoujo
4 Shibashou
5 Kousho
6 Gyou un
7 Bananji
8 Keisha
9 Kisui

Again another excellent thread and analysis IMO Seika army prowess will give a run for his money to the best of Kingdom universe and even Hakuki fron the QG6,no wonder when Yan invaded and Seika moved out to stop them Riboku felt relaxed and said that all would be fine.

This was an amazing character analysis ir completely changed how I viewed Kanki as a general and character truly a remarkable work man I enjoyed reading from part 1 to part 3 I'm looking forward for a similar work with Ousen and Riboku from you thanks again
