Official translation cleared up the deal with Megumi's "domain". I couldn't quite comprehend it going by TCB's release.

I like the concept of utilizing an advantage even in an incomplete domain.

I think Reggie's technique is very creative. His character a tad bland though. I need more on him as a character to get invested in the fight's outcome.
