Imu will be powerful unlike Spandam. Luffy will have like 10 top tiers or more on his side. Fujitora might even join him half way thru the war. Imu could be weak atm waiting for something/someone to make him strong AF

Someone like Akainu was disrespected by Gorosei. Gorosei kneel to Imu. There's no one backing up Imu except himself, unlike Spandam who is weak but has the authority given by WG's backup.

Kaguya is unfulfilled hype. She is supposed to be a reality warper but none of her spacetime techniques actually do decent damage or decent debuff. She brought Naruto-Sasuke to a space with hot magma? Didnt mean a thing since Naruto-Sasuke avoid that so easily...such a hype but such a lack of payoff
