Jackpot Hakari is broken, holy fuck! However the odds of hitting a Jackpot itself is low, and the odds of hitting a Jackpot after a Jackpot is even lower.

Hakari can potentially beat Yuta if he hits 2 Jackpots in a row since Yuta's full manifestation of Rika lasts only 5 minutes, but Yuta wins more times than not since hitting two Jackpots is an extremely rare scenario. Also, Hakari doesn't stand a chance if he can't hit Jackpot against Yuta. However, Yuta's statement about Hakari possibly being stronger than him when he's on a roll makes sense now.
