What's stopping him to do that without awakening when ships, objects and living things can be turned invisible.

He doesnt have to be touching things to turn it invisible. As long as something he touches becomes invisible, it makes anything else it touches invisible.

That or Absalom already awakened his fruit.

The absolute madness would be something like Obito so that Zoro learns to cut through dimensions in order to defeat Obito Shiryu.

Not sure what he can do with the environment, like at best you can turn objects around you become invisible upon contact or having a big field of nothingness (so like he can turn the ground into invisibility and having "phasing" ability like Obito does).

Then here's the fun part, the user itself, as many others have said, Shiryu will turn into nothingness which means that he can't be physically damaged or detectable even with CoO. Similar to Kamui per se. I think Zoro is gonna have two major power-ups against Shiryu, one is improving his CoO (Future Sight?) and a new attack that can cut through dimensions.

Invisible Haki slashes are pretty broken, honestly. Imagine what Mihawk did at Marineford, but being unable to sense it. Yikes.
