Like they didn't even send 1 admiral after 7 warlords, just some experiments from vegapunk that have yet to grow and some low ranked guys like coby, helmeppo and vice admiral steel that crocodile neg diffed along with his full ships.


Now they send mister got defeated by straw hats ever since ennies lobby along with his pet giraffe and pleasure district oiran stussy.....

But they like: bring lucci back and make him the leader of CP0 because what we got now in CP0 is even more trash

Now that Luffy is an emperor of the sea I would think 1000 times before sending an admiral, after all we saw the threat that the Straw Hats are posing, Zoro was seconds away from decapitating vegapunk's head and killing him...

We saw that an admiral does not pose any threat to the gang after all we saw the reaction of Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Jinbei in Wano about Green Bull and they were just laughing from afar while an 8 year old destroyed the admiral, we reached the stage of the story where only a complete organization poses a threat to the Straw Hats after all Luffy himself said he wanted to go and destroy the navy...

Or maybe zoan awakening is totally different.
Unlike logia and paramacia. Impel down awakened users almost behaved like an animal.
So even with kaido with awakened state might not have choose to use it becuz it could cost zoan users their sanity.
I means it's suspicious enough that not even one fruit is awakened from a pirate group which uses only zoan fruits.
Only awakened zoan users we know is Luffy and impel down gaurds. Luffy might even turn into joyboy at some point. That's why zunesha said it's joyboy when luffy awakened the fruit.
Or maybe
Oda just couldn't show yonkou awakening becuz strawhats almost died out of their haki. They can't go up against Awakening.

Either Imu has stepped up to take charge for the first time in like 800-plus years and the mistakes in the story thus far are not their fault OR Imu is literally among the dumbest big bads in all of Shonen and that is saying something. The kid who shares the name with the Marine Hero and the most wanted guy on the planet has the fruit the Gorosei KNOW to be that of an actual fucking god and yet prior to Sabaody they never sent ANY heavy hitter after Luffy.

Now, I know this is obviously so the story can happen, but this is not a fucking excuse in-verse. There is no excuse for them to not send any of the three Admirals after him when he defeated Crocodile or at the ABSOLUTE latest caused the destruction of Enies Lobby.
