It so funny seeing that shit for weeks and how get use in so many ways.
Mentally nerf Kizaru aim at luffy and miss on purpose so he can get hit by WSG or he was not trying but luffy still had to block beam that would kill VP early on in the arc .
Then in end he still kill VP but he was stalling and not trying whole arc but had no choice then when he is the person that get back up and kick franky in his back and try kill VP again SMH.

Side note lucci really made it out good this arc the man was not even Ko after Zoro and Jinbei attack .
Yeah he get beat but not getting KO show how strong the man is .

The balance was always a political sham. Literally, the very first introduction of it was Gorosei saying it has to be protected. It's just controlled opposition.
