Break Week The monster trio should have more entertaining fights

#1
All the other straw hats get shafted so they (M3) could be the heavy weights. At the very least, they should have entertaining fights to make up for it, so why don't they?

Luffy: Gear 5 Toon force but much worse, just like the leaker said when this form was revealed, "just turn on Tom and Jerry and watch that instead"

Zoro: Worst offender. Just appear behind someone and finish the fight. His last entertaining fight was against Mr. 1 in Alabasta.

Sanji: Gonna cut him some slack since he hardly gets fights, but if his fight with Queen is the standard now, he might as well just stick to being a chef

None of the straw hats have haki, the straw hats get heavily nerfed just so these three can be the heavy weights and they don't even produce entertaining fights to make up for it

I genuinely don't understand how anyone likes Zoro's fights lol.

Always the same structure:

Struggles then puts bandana followed by flashback, uses new skill out of a sudden, teleports behind the guy he is fighting with, strikes a pose, says one liner, end of fight.

Mr 1 was by far his best fight and one of the best throughout the series overall, alabasta was peak one piece

That's because you are blinded and got amnesia due to not liking the character.
Zoro's fight against Kaku was good
His fight against Zombie Ryuuma was good

You claim that you liked the fight against Mr.1 and that it was the best but didn't he finish the fight with Shishi Sonson (teleport behind, one liner and pose; the three points that you said were bad lmao

Oda is a very simplistic combat choreographer, in that he doesn't really dedicate that much time thinking about the most creative ways to utilize the abilities he gives his characters. This is why you'll notice that the best choreographed fights each member of the M3 had was against someone of a very similar fighting style; Luffy vs Katakuri, Zoro vs Ryuma and Sanji vs Mr. 2. Now I'm not making the argument that these are their best fights but they definitely are their best directed fights, action wise.

As long as Oda has them face enemies of similar fighting styles then the choreo will be decent, Zoro's next fight will be Shiryu and that will be similar to the Ryuma fight so I'm hopeful about that, Sanji on the other hand is either fighting Pizzaro or Laffitte and if he gets the former we're in for a pretty boring battle of whack-a-mole but the latter gives us the potential to see another Sanji vs Mr. 2-esque fight which is exciting. As for Luffy it's going to be more of the same Looney Tune choreo but with the potential for a serious attitude/tonal shift from Luffy because he's fighting Blackbeard which would be reflected in the way that he fights, seeing as G5 gives him endless possibilities, that tonal shift can be very well reflected in the choreo.

How was mr 1 fight any different from what you mentioned you didn't like. GENIUS!
You contradicted yourself.

Even to hate a character you need brain , you definitely don't have one.

And as always, without evidence to support it, because they simply lie.

Zoro vs Kaku

Zoro vs Ryuma

Zoro vs King

It was good because it was the FIRST time, lost the charm once it became usual

Similar to luffy finishing the his fights with a big punch, it was nice with doflamingo, but felt overwhelmed with kaido

Unfortunately Sanji's fight / opponent is bound to a theme / narrative, so it is a hit or miss depending on reader's preferences.

For example, Mr 2's fight is about his inability to hit women, Jabra's fight is about cunning & trickery, Absalom's is about his childhood dreams, Queen's is about his family.

So even if Oda did well choreography wise, people could dislike the theme and then rate the fight poorly.
