I've been feeling a little bit fed up with social media and the corporate web lately, so I decided to go back to the roots of the internet and explore it in a way that makes it feel more personal and unique, with large emphasis on not having everything I do be monitored and sold by corporations. I made my own website and decided to search for more individual/community-oriented sites to spend my time on online. Since one piece is a huge interest of mine, I figured I'd search for a forum to interact with a community of people who also enjoy it, and that led me right here!
