Depends on how powerful TK is being used. If we go by EU comics where characters like luke and sidious create black holes and such then yes.

If you go by movies and clone war show then they probably can't break top tier barrier defense.

The pre Disney buy out Star Wars EU had some truly ridiculous applications of the Force done. Like, it almost became full-fledged Forgotten Realms-style magic at some cases like Sith Alchemy and the aforementioned Force Black Holes.
