The identity of the person Loki spoke to on the DenDen Mushi-
I have two theories:
1) I subscribe to the idea that this female knight is possibly ‘Mosa’ and is here to free Loki. Since her power has been revealed as having to do with extreme compression using her bandages, I am speculating that she may have a more abstract paramecia fruit such as the bind-bind fruit rather than simply the bandage fruit, although that is of course possible. If she does have the binding fruit, she has all sorts of insanely powerful possibilities. The fruit is only as good as the user, so an extremely well-trained and intelligent person who awakens the bind-bind fruit may be able to bind people to or release them from anything, including sea stone chains. This would give her the ability to break Loki free where others cannot.
On a humorous note, she may end up being a problem for Sanji if she keeps taking those bandages off!
2) The other possibility I have not seen discussed is that ‘Mosa’ is Road. He did just experience a dramatic situation with the escape of his brand new dolls and the assault on his pets/legoland. His intentional exclusion and frankly abuse by the other giants is prime real estate for motivating betrayal. He is also right there and is one of the few people with a motive who could have gotten Loki this Den Den Mushi in the first place and stayed in communication. He is trying to befriend Loki because he has been excluded by the other giants, affording himself the opportunity to join sides with him when he is inevitably set free, however he will likely turn double agent as he sees the destruction Loki causes and end up saving the day. This would also explain his interest in the gods of Elbaf and be useful in foreshadowing his role in the release of the real sun god.
This storyline seems likely for him anyway given his mistreatment and prominence early on in the arc, even if he isn’t the person Loki is speaking to.
