Sanji fans are always shooting themselves in the foot. Why not add moments from late Wano, Egghead and Elbaph? Even still the boss is shown in that last Wano panel you showed when Zoro orders Sanji to take Toko and then orders Franky to cover his back. What are the moments that I’m missing? There was no leader on the rooftop and he just beat King afterwards. And egghead nobody lead anything….

Also both are better than Luffy. Luffy would lead a regular mindless crew into total annihilation very quickly. The fact that he has individually thinking members saves his ass and crew on a regular basis.
