Beside kuzan never show black lighting but old garp show black lighting before.
Yet holding back Kuzan coA match Old garp acoc in nuke clash . This is literally insane wank for Kuzan. It is like Goku using God ki agansit opponent who use normal ki.
And it can have clash between acoc and non-coc user. Like zoro vs king.
Gaban is definitely using acoc without doubt.

In my opinion, Oda has been all over the place with the ACoC stuff, and I honestly believe there are only two ways to confirm ACoC:
1. By direct statement (Kaido to Luffy on the rooftop)
2. Fodder passing out in tandem with an attack (Shanks' Kamusari, Zoro's KoH vs. King, and G5's first appearance, for example)

Exactly, don't know why people are obsessed with the individual parts instead of the sum of those parts.
Kuzan not only was tanking adCoC blows but had the same output as Garp who has adCoC that's all that matters. He could have adCoC and if he isn't able to do those things it doesn't make him better for it.
If Oda wanted readers to think Kuzan has adCoC he wouldn't have zoomed in on his fists just to not show any haki flowing from it. He did that on purpose. So either Kuzan does not have it or Oda is playing games cause he wants it to remain ambiguous (because CoC streaks were shown later and his fist was hakified later).

Has nothing to do with his comptency. You see Conquers Haki Lightning oozing from them both after they strike each other. It is clearly ACoC. It's not his fault some of his readers can't accept the facts because they have agendas to uphold lol.
And it doesn't even matter. Even if Kuzan doesn't have CoC, he's clearly able to dish out the same output Garp does when he uses it anyway. So it's still a win.

He's inconsistent with it. There several instances during Luffy vs Kaido where Luffy's ACoC attacks don't begin with a Haki trail, but the sparks appeared after the moment of contact. He tends to skip the trail depending on how much is going on in the panel.
One other example is White Star Gun. No haki trail in the prep for the attack, but CoC lightning on the moment of contact. There's no specific indicator sometimes other than when you see the large Haki lightning when the attack hits.
