We are 7 days away from the biggest event for anime in Japan. With that being said....

For those that are not familiar with what these AnimeJapan events are, AnimeJapan is a yearly event that showcase new trailers and new information for the upcoming anime projects. This year AnimeJapan event will be hosted at Tokyo Big Sight on March 22-23, 2025.

We have 4 different Main Stages: Red Stage, Green Stage, Blue Stage and the newly introduced White Stage. With a total of 52 programs in the span of two days straight from March 22nd to March 23rd. (By programs I'm pretty sure they're referring to animes, could be wrong though lol).

Each Color Stage will showcase their new anime projects along with information and so on.

So yea, which upcoming anime projects y'all want to see the most in this event?

Ah yeah I vaguely remember this.

Iirc only certain specific colour stages can mean anime projects announcements.

Other colour stages will only feature trivia stuff.

I legit don't remember what happened during last year AnimeJapan event lol.
I need a real Witch Hat Atelier trailer, else I am fine.
Best bet is that it will air in Summer since the teaser for it is almost a year ago.
I hope we get some info on Hell's Paradise Season 2. Season 1 was pretty good, but it's been two years now and we got nothing
MAPPA dropped a teaser for it at the end of last year:

But yea, hopefully we get an official trailer for it.

At Jump Festa 2025 it was announced that Hell's Paradise S2 would air in January 2026

If I were in Japan I would definitely attend the event. As it stands I don't see anything that's worthwhile.

Like if NGNL had a special stage or Madoka I would be eager to check the event news asap, but all I see are mostly recent super popular anime that for sure are getting sequels.
Post automatically merged:

Oh they have a stage for kobayashi dragon maid

It's probably related to the upcoming movie

Ye, we're getting Classroom of the Elite season 4 info during this event btw.

Just pray that there's no new studio changes Lmao. I know Lerche is not the best studio for COTE but it's better than studios like ENGI or Project No.9 which butchers most, if not all the light novels they worked on lol.

In COTE S3 J.C. Staff participated in many eps. If it changed to them it would be an improvement imo. Not a big one but a decent one.

Lol nah, not J.C. Staff. JC Staff is the last choice for me to pick up COTE. Their LN adaptations doesn't have a good record unless it's DanMachi or Toaru series.
The art style worked in its favor imo
JJK is their current cash cow, and the next season will need even more slavery than the last for them to do the fights justice.
But if Jigokuraku maintains the cool aesthetic and color palette, then even inferior animation can be enough
The good thing is that Jigokuraku's artstyle are consistent. I like that.

But Mappa has changed compared to a few years prior, their working environment has improved. So I think they will do Jigokuraku S2 justice with better animation and flexible schedule this time.
