1) Neither of those are drawn completely black in the manga, they're white so there's no real method of distinguishing. GB's blade follows the exact same color scheme as other black blades

2) Ok sure, the official coloring manga has been wrong a couple of times. Doesn't change the fact it's literally been correct 99% of the time. What about the minor characters? Are their coloring schemes non-canon to cause it didn't appear in a volume cover. Official coloring manga has been correct more than enough points to believe the coloring scheme is canon until proven otherwise. Oda hasn't drawn GB's black blade in any other way so it's canon until then

That exchange between Kuzan and Garp was the climax of the battleship bag narrative buildup, and it resulted into an equal showcase of power. Large haki nuke, both of them went flying at a similar distance… the framing and implications of this scene couldn’t get any clearer lol.

Oda's intent in these 3 panels in the flashback is truly a mystery, I wonder what was he trying to convey when he had the apprentice punch going from initially sounding nothing like the mentor's to progressively sounding indistinguishable after years of training when put side-to-side. With the full summary it looks pretty obvious that Sommers‘ DF killed Harald. Since he loved Loki and the WG looking to weaken Elbaph it feels like using the Thorns to make it seem like Loki killed Harald would be a good way to set up the plot.

-People who immediately recognized that Ryokugyu has a black blade (genius level intellects)

-People who denied the black blade for two years straight (casuals who should defer to their betters in all matters of reading comprehension)

First, Redon's word choosing is not particulary telling and anyway, I went an cheked, ans Redon said "wanted" lol. Second, meant = wanting.

If random throns did It, he would have said that he didn't kill Harlad because It wasn't someting related to him or his Powers. He said meant/want because he actually did It.

I would love for Gb to have a black blade. I think the caveat being he can not control the use of it, it basically behaves like enma cutting more than necessary, and obviously since its a black blade it will be throwing mihawk cutting the iceberg type slashes (I think this is the reason he did not use the sword on maryjoa, because he can not fully control the black blade). Greenbull gimmick will more than likely be using this sword which will be draining his haki massively, this will put him in near death state like zoro with enma, but because of his df power he will regain his strength. I can see him being willing to sacrificing his own people for the sake of fighting more. The way to beat him will be the way shanks showed us in egghead/Joyboy haki on gorosei. With strong enough haki he will be forced to revert to human form, and then be defeated.
