No, I've only seen bits and pieces.

Liveaction Kingdom didn't have much appeal to me, but I hear they're decent. It's certainly a far less ambitious than adapting something as massive and fantastical as One Piece.
I have watched both One Piece and Kingdom live-actions. I would say they are both among the best live-action adaptations of manga property I have ever seen.
I was worried that an OP live-action would crash and burn like Fullmetal, Bleach, and Death Note (US) but I was pleasantly surprised by how good it turned out.
Kingdom live-action had been hyped by a few of my friends who had already seen it. I've watched all four movies they're done really well.

The story of Kingdom is inherently more malleable to liveaction adaptations, even as a liveaction series I would say.

One Piece is not only epic in length, 20 solid years of production of abridged storytelling wouldn't be enough to do the project justice. Talent will age out of their roles and a smaller audience will return with each and every season as budgets and salaries keep going up.

Liveaction never made financial or logistical sense. It's completely impractical.

The Live Action was a pretty cute and good show. The acting wasn't always the best with the Straw Hats but I genuinely enjoyed it.

Considering the second season ends before Alabasta, I hope we at least make it to the end of the Baroque Works Saga. That'd be a good enough place to leave the show and let Show-only fans get into the manga or anime.
