OP fans should stop trying hard

OP anime won't ever be as hype as Solo Leveling or Nanatsu no Taizai (season 1-2) or One Punchman because the arcs were overall bad since timeskip and the anime sucks

It won't surpass Naruto's anime

Just enjoy the manga
And stop pushing these silly agenda "peak anime is back, better than solo Leveling "

Their theory:

Blackbeard is from a special bloodline. We don’t know exactly what it is. It could be the CDs, it could just be the D clan, it could be something else. But it’s really telling that Saturn himself reflects on this fact. And combined with other stuff from Wano, Egghead and Elbaf, a lot about Blackbeard can be guessed…

There’s discussion about Bonney being Shamrock’s son because of the genderbent fanart. Thus, it’s possible that Shamrock was with Saturn when it came to weird Devil Fruit experiments like the extract. Where Shamrock was, Garling probably was too. And what better way to give your favorite son (not rat shanks) a taste for CD experimentation than by giving him a sword grafted with a powerful DF, ripped straight from a kid only a year younger than you?

The Cerberus fruit theory is cooked. Blackbeard for sure doesn’t have the Cerberus fruit now. But he had it - he ate it or was forcibly given it - and it was taken from him, a kid with special lineage, to give to the son of the supreme commander of God’s Knights. Saturn was privy to this experiment and recorded Blackbeard’s special lineage. It sounds sort of ridiculous, but it lines up with his behavior. DFs have “devils” / souls inside them, with Zoans having a “will of their own.” Two conflicting souls will kill you. But the absence of a soul, or whatever weird method the CDs used to remove a devil fruit from a living being, would leave you soulless, a void, craving a soul. He’d be able to balance the souls inside multiple fruits because his body would always be craving his own lost fruit. This could explain why a fruitless young Blackbeard didn’t sleep after he joined the WB pirates out of desperation. (Also why he had, and still has, a huge grudge against Shanks, the guy who looked like young Shamrock as a kid and looks like young Garling now.)

Could this theory relate to other EoS Blackbeard theories (he’s a descendant of Joyboy, he’s Rocks’s son, he’s a Nerona)? Maybe. Are those theories likely? Eh. Is this theory even likely? Ehhh. But it’s interesting and engaging enough to be plausible while being cliche, shonen-y and slightly retcon/fanservicey enough for Oda to have wrote it. He rides around on the “Saber of Xebec” to spite Garling and has a three-skilled Jolly Roger. He’s also tied back to Shamrock, if he was the one meeting with the Gorosei during Reverie to talk about a certain pirate. If you choose to believe it, you’ve got a great EoS opponent for Shamrock: Blackbeard. And he wants his fruit back.
