Curious so Xebec was in Elbaf ? What was he doing there did he ask Harald to join him in his crew or recruited a Giant pieate under his wing . It would make sense if Jarul was a former Rocks crew member that’s how he met big mom ?

Jarul already knew Big Mom when she was 5 years old, way before she joined Rocks. Watch Big Mom’s flashback, Jarul is there. I do not think Jarul would ever sail under the same banner with Big Mom after what she did to his partner.
