Nah, Kakuzu lost too much aura from losing the way he did to Naruto and then being a Tenten victim in the War Arc

Everyone underneath him lost just as much aura at some point. The difference is Kakuzu always had incalculable amounts of aura compared to characters like Kisame who was introduced as Itachi's waterboy and a Gai victim.

This further proves that a bum like Loro was always weaker then Lucci. He would've 100% gotten packed if Luffy + Stussy + Jinbei hadn't all helped him.

Kishi decided not to turn Kisame into an Edo Tensei because he respected him too much clown on him like he did with Kakuzu and Deidara in the War Arc (Sasori gets a pass because he literally had no puppets)

This panel is still really interesting to me cause of the placements Oda put them

The yonkou pairs are obvious

Luffy vs Blackbeard. Light vs dark EOS
Shanks and Buggy grew up together on the same ship and are now yonkou’s

But the bottom is the most interesting to me still

Sabo & Akainu is obvious, revenge for Ace
Garling and shamrock are a pair

What confuses me still is dragon and kuzan. Maybe they have some type of relationship since Garp trained kuzan like a son after dragon left? Old student and new student?

Koby and imu? Maybe old government and new government. Hm

Lol no it's because he just recently played a role when he was alive in the story on the cusp of the War Arc.

Pretty much the same. Sasori is so underrated. But I would place him below Kisame since we are talking about aura specifically.

I dont think there will be a villain group as interesting and as developed as Akatsuki in anime/manga. Phantom Troupe is close, but Akatsuki is just something else.

Xebec really is a POS wow. To stab through kid Loki not even just beat him up too. No wonder Garp and Roger teamed up and wanted him dead.

Whitebeard's reaction says it all too, the man who loves his family and sees everyone as he adopts as his own family, especially his "sons" regardless. Someone who never punish/burden you for "sins of the father (or mother)" too.

Whitebeard betraying Xebec at God's Valley theory fuel intensifies.

I hope Xebec is actually dead then and doesn't come back, but I fear he will still be alive or resurrected given Oda is so reluctant to reveal him even at this point. Idk if he can be Imu somehow but if he isn't, at least he failed at becoming king of the world then thankfully but Blackbeard will most likely accomplish that anyway and thus in his stead too.

The Marines and WG are just as bad ofc but Xebec really does seem to be the most evil, vicious, ruthless, nastiest etc pirate and individual even too.
