I don’t understand why people hate Katakuri and discredit him so much. People make up ways to beat him that we have no proof of. Katakuri isn’t like Luffy either he always uses his FS no matter what.

The only chance Zoro has of besting Katakuri is to outlast wait until Kats haki runs out. People say AOE attacks but unless the attack is impossible to dodge I don’t think that matters.

That’s not true at all. Luffy bypassed FS with speed. So that’s one proven way. Having better Future Sight is also another option. A third option is to outlast Katakuris haki. A fourth is to break his concentration.

FS might be underrated. Only soiled by Goofy not using it properly / all the time like he should.

For Kata, Its a top tier ability in the hands of a mere YC. And thats the only thing that keeps him special to this day. Not his AP, CoC, DF or whatever.

The recent chapter confirmed that so far Oda refuses to let Zoro work on his shortcomings and actually let him grow as a fighter.

Give him the ability to slash the planet in half and he still can't tag Kuri based on his current feats.
