I haven’t really made up my mind on either. Yoko has one statement that imo puts him relative to Gaimou, meanwhile Gakuhaku Kou is like Kyoukai x Kanmei

Idk, it would be a hard fight but I guess maybe Yoko? Gakuhaku was never compared to any GGs martially but I think it’s pretty obvious that he is up there right? He’s always just been weird as hell to scale as we don’t have any really direct statements about his overall level.

As for Raku vs Kochou, idk. Kochou seemed way more impressive to me but I guess Rakuakan was heavily praised by Tou and Kochou wasn’t really acknowledged by Kanki.

Kochou stalled them thanks to his own prowess of course and because he is skilled. But he also stalled them thanks to the plan Riboku prepared in advance and the things he set.

Frankly Yoko vs GKHK can be amazing to watch but I can also bet on Yoko in the end

He seems to be the Gyou Un / Banana caliber martially m and I think it’s over Buddha pay grade

Raku's potrayal is all over the place. It depends how much you think his lack of experience holds him back.

My guess is that RKK's tactics are effective against heavily offensive generals, but Kochou seem more reserved and cautious. He won't charge at him from day 1 if he's not in a tight spot.

GKHK also impressed me more as a fighter then Yoko Yoko.
