For me it’s crocodile for both, I loved him in Alabasta, he felt more threatening and dangerous than Doffy and in marineford and cross guild he just seems so much more dangerous and cold than Doflamingo who at his introduction literally got pinned down by Aokiji. Crocodile is just the better villain, Doffy felt like a cheap copy

Doflamingo was someone who was setup well... Made me. Think about lot of stuff.... Even after punk hazard everything was fi e for me.... Then his arc actually came and he was moved to garbage tier for me... Now oda uses him for one liners from impel down... Bro he ain't relevant stop trying to hype after what we saw in dressrosa.... Honestly I think if odas priority was developing doflamingo he should have gone the anti hero archetype instead..... Unlike crocodile he has nothing as goal(crocs goals and ambitions are like highest tier level) other than trying to build his shitty under ground.....
Imagine if the smiles he had Ben supplying were part of a long plan to take down kaidos army..... Imagine he didn't have to change his pants everytime he heard kaido or heck anyone stronger...

He was literally defeated by a Luffy who was defeated by Rob Lucci using a finger, who after overcoming such Lucci was defeated by a Pacifista, who after overcoming such a level defeated a Pacifista with one blow and soon after was defeated by Kaido with one blow.
