I get people don’t like bounty scaling but all the red flags were there with Dorry and Broggy getting 2B bounties.

Like at that point you could have reasonably said at best there’d be 2-3 giants above them.

Born as a CD
Leaves as a kid
Kills his dad, brings back his head to Mariejois, sees something he wasn't supposed to an escapes, the CD's want him dead
Becomes a pirate with his boys in the blues,very infamous and kills a lot of people
Kills his brother, begins robbing the celestial dragons for the fun
The celestial dragons bend the knee, allow him to become a warlord
He steals dressrosa
Becomes a huge slave trader
Loses interest in the slave trade,begins selling Smiles to Kaido
