I'm thinking Adv CoC can delay the regeneration, but not stop it. Then Pirate King level CoC, or around there, can fully stop it.

I believe HK have a lesser version of immortality than the elders I think higher lvl of adv coc or fire power could work on HK after seeing the joyboy haki in egghead made the elders revert back.

Killingham seem the most normal of the group .
His personality is not being insane like other 2 HK members which make him feel normal even when he a CD like elders sometimes.
