I don't know if elders are coming but it's clear we aren't at the climatic battle part of the arc yet, M3 and Loki are kept inactive for a reason. I think Elbaf easily has a 40 chapters left, especially if Loki gets a sad flashback (which is very likely imo)

The Gorosei are 100% not showing up.

They are being saved for when Imu gets defeated.

The only one I see showing up is Shamrock along with some other HK.

And even then I'm a bit doubtful because the other HK needs to reserved for Dragon and the Revs.

We’ll see, I don’t see a reason for saving them. Once their regen is exposed, they lose too much hype to just sit around until the end of series as we fight marines and the BBP.

The Elders are not coming, they already had their role during the Egghead arc.

Elbaf is focused on the HK as villains.

Only Shamrock I could see arrive to Elbaf again along with a few other HK.

The Elders will be fought again when Imu is also being fought during the final arc.

No haki, barely trying Gunko captured Jinbei. She quite literally low-diffed all the SHs and could kill them were it not for the usual plot armor. We haven’t seen her in full combat and actively going for a kill

I think Gunko will meet Luffy and have a clash with him at least

Well, Sabo Is surely going to fight one of them or Shamrock, which Is the same now that he too has regen.

Dragon though Is going to lose to Imu imho.
