4. Actually it was confirmed in the SBS that he does have a Shimotsuki lineage, and therefore the Shimotsuki village was likely his 1st home. The whole "traveling to every dojo" nonsense is pure anime filler.

The fact we know so little about Zoro irks me. Wano should on further extrapolate on Zoro as a character.

Imo, Zoro's name reaching the heavens is supposed to be poetic.
I think it's something like clashing with Mihawk, splitting the heavens themselves or fighting against Nusjuro, one of the leaders that reigns over the heavens.

Possible, but what are the odds that he ends back up and stay at the place connected to his blood lineage, and I took Zoro's lack of knowledge on his familial roots is moreso to do with him not giving a crap about it and being an orphan. I think as far as the other villagers in the Shimotsuki village is concerned, they never really show knowledge nor the lack thereof that he's a Shimotsuki as it wasn't relevant to the flashback. One thing for sure though is that Zoro traveling dojo to dojo is an anime exclusive detail as I just took a peek at chapter 5, and there's no mention of Zoro doing as such.
So we know from early on in OP, Zoro's dream was to become such a great master swordsman that his name reaches the heavens
1100 chapters later, and we finally have the people from the heavens talk about the SH, and they only talk about Luffy...

So what gives? Will OP need to continue for another 30 years for Zolo to do what Luffy and Brook have already achieved?
But is that even realistic? I don't think so. First of all, Zolo couldn't even become famous in the samurai country,
Even Zolo's own ancestor, who was one of Lord Momonosukes ancestors top subjects, is compared to Luffy.
Second of all, lets think of the parallels, which is an important part of this manga
As we all know, Luffy is a parallel to Roger, the pirate king, but who is the parallel to Rogers second in command, Rayleigh, the dark king?
Well clearly it's Brook, the Soul King
The similarities between the two are endless
Both are interested in Women(Zolo is either asexual or homosexual)
Both are called "Kings" by the general public(Calling yourself a king without anyone recognizing it is missing the point)
Both are famous worldwide(Rayleighs name is in many books and Brook is a famous musician)
Both are sword wielders
So at this point, can Zoro hope to compete with Luffy the famous captain and his copilot Brook? That wouldn't make sense, since Brook and the Luffy are flying the plane while Zolo and Sanji are busy being the wings. This is a parallel to Cross Guild, where Buggy the captain has no right hand man, just two wings standing directly below him
The current arc is a good example of this, while Brook is standing up to Gunko the Warlord slayer(Zolos EOS goal) Zoro is busy hiding in the woods from her while assaulting an injured and imprisoned man. But out of Odas deep respect for Kushina, not only is Zolo hiding from a women who could easily neg him, Robin, the crews number 3 and a parallel to Rogers number 3(Gaban) is protecting him
So, welcome to the end game of One Piece, where Brook and Robin are the top Strawhats other then Luffy, fighting against the arc villains while Zoro is getting kidnapped by Road. My only question is if Alvida will need to protect Mihawk from the WG at some point, though it only seems obvious.

I feel like the main reason why zoro doesn’t give a crap because he doesn’t his roots well. He was likely orphan so he ended not giving a damn about his bloodline. The fact he knows his paternal surname “roronoa “ at least gives me a hint he had connections with his mother. The mother probably told him his full name
