I do believe Roger knew imu after learning the true history but he doesn’t know imu is alive or immortal that’s the difference.
So who knows imu is alive other then sabo ?
I think rocks might be the only pirates or non Celestial dragon who knows imu is alive

Why do people think Akainu knows? He was clearly mocking the Gorosei, Imu didn't order anything related to Dressrosa, it was the celestial dragons who caused the Doffy situation.
