Do you think an author that cares about critics would make Gear 5 +1000 chapters into the series? Don't think so.
Oda does not give a fk, he writes what he feels like. Whether that's a good thing or bad thing, that's up to you to decide, but Oda clearly does not get influenced by outside factors nor does he care to argue with them-

That don't even matter. If people are complaining something is repetitive then don't create rules for it. He can do it over 500 volumes for all I care. I get people hate Bleach but like I said just leave it alone and go enjoy one piece.

Not going to lie, I always consider the "cook your own damn meal" argument to be a retarded temper tantrum attempt at a clap back.

Based on those quotes, Oda and Hori look comparatively more "based" here cause they just say one dismissive sentence in response and move on. This inanity and the sassenach spewing it isn't worth their time. Kubo goes on a long winded rant and tries to guilt trip people into feeling bad for "daring" to not like his manga.

Kubo publicly ranting like that doesn't look "based", it reeks of insecurity. Lel.

Something is ripetitive if if you have 4 arcs and 2 are identical and back to back it is repetitive.
Are you being dense?
One piece has like 15 arcs of which there is some repetitions of course, but maybe twice.
2/15< 2/4.
Not that hard to understand.

Kubo clears Oda and Kishimoto easily, not only did he create a better drawn and written manga, but he's even got a better anime adaptation than the slop Toei shits out these days, and finally, not supporting pedophiles is a pretty huge plus.

If you write a letter and told someone "they are in America", if you say it 5 paragraphs later you are repeating yourself. It seems as though you are the one not understanding and being dense. That's why I don't discuss One Piece anymore because One Piece fan base always behave like this and no one criticize Oda because he is the fan base god and that to me is sad.

Oda and Kishimoto are both much better writers, Bleach is a factory of asspulls and nonsense.

That being said, Kubo is very based for trashing the critics.

Lowkey weak response. By his logic, none of you guys here have the right to criticize One Piece or Oda's decisions, since nobody on this forum has made a successful manga series like him, lol.
Just imagine getting shitty food at a restaurant and being told you can't complain about it unless you're a professional chef yourself.

You have a fundamental lack of understanding what other people write.
Your example is also completely absurd.
Kubo writes 4 letters, and in 2 of them writes the same things.
Oda writes 15 letters, and in 2 of them writes the same things.
Also you are strawmanning as I am one of the first to shit on Oda and One Piece, so you're retarded, other than lacking basic understanding of english.
Have you finished primary school in a normal class?
