Sanj has Adv CoA, he unlocked Ryuo vs Queen. Sanji has Ryuo, but not the ability to have his Haki Blasts travel like Zoro and Luffy with moves like Bird Dance for Zoro, and Jet Pistol for Luffy.
Zoro has Adv CoA Emission, but not Ryuo, Internal Destruction.
Emission
Sentomaru using advanced Armament Haki to injure Kizaru without touching him.
Sufficiently skilled users of Armament Haki are capable of letting the power flow out from a part of their body (usually their hand) and emitting it over a short distance without a medium to carry it. This allows the user to unleash a small invisible burst which will knock back anything in the aforementioned body part's immediate vicinity with the force of a very powerful punch. Thus, the user becomes capable of striking and harming people and objects without making physical contact with them.

Internal Destruction
A step above the technique of emitting Armament Haki is having it flow into a targets body and destroy it from the inside out, which can be done by touching, grabbing, or even emitting Haki toward the object.

Internal Destruction (内部破壊,
Naibu Hakai?).
[38] Against opponents, this technique wreaks tremendous internal damage and is currently the most destructive known Armament Haki technique.
Zoro's CoA and Emission is very strong, but Zoro commented on Luffy using Ryuo in Wano on the Rooftop:
Zoro: "Was that... the Haki he learned from the old man in Wano?"
Zoro doesn't even know the name of Ryuo, he can't use it.
The reason why is simple: Zoro is stubborn, the only man he was willing to let train him was the man he wanted to defeat, Dracule Mihawk.
Zoro's pride as a Swordsman/Samurai of Wano (Shimotsuki lineage) wouldn't allow him to ask the Scabbards for help).
Zoro refusing to learn Ryuo from the Scabbards is foreshadowed by the Scabbards themselves using Ryuo against Kaido: The Scabbards rejected Oden's aid in learning swordplay, and learned Ryuo themselves.
The Scabbards probably hounded (especially Inurashi) Zoro over learning Ryuo, but he rejected their instruction.
Zoro's next upgrade will be Ryuo.
Zoro got CoC in Wano, Sanji got Ryuo.
First time Sanji has used White Lightning in an attack: the Power of Love, same Haki we saw Law use to remove Penguin's tits.
This is Sanji using Ryuo/Internal Destruction to pierce Queen's Cyborg defenses and pierce him from the inside. Queen bragged earlier that even Masters of CoA would be crushed when he wrapped around them; this was foreshadowing that Queen's body is so tough you need Adv CoA to pierce it.
Sanji still can't use Emission, and Zoro still can't use Ryuo (he'll learn it when he goes back to Wano).
We never saw Luffy/Zoro use Adv CoC on the Seraphim; this is how you actually bypass Lunarinan defense, you have to disrupt their internal Flame/Mother Flame with Adv CoC, since CoC disrupts Electromagnetic Force on an atomic level.
Sanji's next power up will be CoC or CoA Emission, Zoro's next power up will be the Ryuo he refused to learn from the Samurai due to Zoro's pride.
I think Sanji's CoC will unlock against Sommers when Nami gets hurt protecting a child covered in Thorns.
