Luffy's initial attack wasn't WSG, it was a slow-ass Elephant Gun variant. There's nothing that proves that TOEI Kiz could dodge WSG even if he is aware of it's rebound nature. They also removed Kiz accelerating it with his laser lmao.

The initial attack is WSG, because Luffy literally calls it that when he throws it.

This makes TOEI Kiz look worse than his canon counterpart, nevermind Goofy dodging laser spam and the kick-blitz.

Sentomaru could dodge Yasakani no Magatama by strafing it as well, there’s nothing here that looks bad. Also with the laser kick Goofy was clearly exerting himself to dodge that lmao

I think he means the later WSG, the one towards the end - Kizaru's laser twists and coils Luffy's body, he fires WSG, them you see Kiz initially dodge, then Luffy untwists his body, accelerates his fist and then hits Kizaru.

Also I agree that Toei Kiz looks weaker, but for different reasons - in the manga he seemed to be boxing with Luffy in their offscreen fight, here he's way more of a DF merchant.

Can headcanon it too by using agenda card,
G5 drain excessive stamina, meanwhile he definitely looks like he can do all day if there's no passive stamina drain while using the form.

Well, it's a "WSG" that has all the qualities of an Elephant Gun. It obviously can't be compared to the hit that actually landed on TOEI Kiz.
