@EmperorKinyagi When Luffy was spinning around he had an idea box pop up (lamp lightning up). This came out right after he got dizzy from spinning and then right after that he attacked Kizaru, this further reinforces the idea that WSG is meant to stun not damage lol.



This also explains why Kizaru took no damage from this but was splurting out blood when Luffy squeezed him later.

I don't get the complaints about Luffy vs Kizaru this episode. The anime did greatly expand upon what we saw during that fight from the manga.

Aside from the finishing move, the manga's "sequence" was a single panel with them fighting in the background.

Anyone who thinks the anime made Kizaru look much worse than the manga is lying to themselves, at worst it’s the same and if they animate Luffy getting fed or even show an indication like a light flash it’s actually over

The clones aside , anime Kizaru did looked worse I will say. The clones in previous episode seemed OP but that's all.
