Queen is quite literally a fat clown. He's the Big mom to Kings Kaido. Being fat and goofy has no bearing on power scaling in a series where the main characters powers are literal Looney Tune gags and his antithesis is a obese dude who runs at the first sign of trouble and has no concept of a fair fight.

I'm denying there being a fixed pattern. Also there is no such thing as no.2 & 3 between Gorosei or HK.

Punk Hazard, Skype and FI are not narratively what the other arcs i listed are.

Oda set up 3 fights in Egghead.
Luffy vs Topman (only gorosei he couldn't hurt)
Zoro vs Nasjuro (sword clash)
Sanji vs Kizaru (Only character to break Kizaru's Laser)

Sanji's Gorosei opponent wasn't on Egghead hence minimal interaction with all 5 of them.

Oda would've had Sanji at least kick Ju Peter, like he did Nasjuro if that was his future End of manga fight.
Similar situation with Mars, neither Sanji nor Franky stood out in that combo attack, if he was a future fight for him he would've played a bigger role.

That's why I'm going with Figarland for now. He is also now "God of Science" which can't be a coincidence as Sanji is "Warrior of Science".

Garling is not the "Warrior God of Science" but rather the "Warrior God of Science and Defense"
Honestly think Oda gave Saturn two titles coz he intended on having him replaced by Garling, with Saturn taking up the Science bit and Garling the Defense bit, which makes sense as he was formerly the Supreme Commander of the Holy Knights. Basically the General of Imu's military force.

Main enemy is Imu and ok, but i think BB defeat him and luffy defeats BB.
