Future Events Why did Oda hinted about a Zoro Vs. Sanji fight?

Naruto & Sasuke lmao. Be serious. But...
There will be a time when Zoro will have to fulfill that promise. More likely sooner than later. Perhaps even this arc.
Oda isn't going to have them make a pact, make Zoro bring it up at the end of Wano, only for nothing to come of it.
He'll let it fester just like he does other things arcs in advance.
Wano(pact) > Egghead(burden comment) > Elbalf(??)
It'll be a peak moment. I think this arc may be perfect depending on what happens with The Imu stuff.

Is this even about to happen or its just fan service / gag? Personally, i think either Sanji could lose control via Judge programming and Zoro having his mind taken by 'The Reaper'...
