I still don't think he will get it. Scopper having it doesn't mean Sanji will. That said, I still see him becoming a very solid top tier above Roger at the end.

For example, I don't think Kuzan has it, but he was still matching Garp's ACoC by combining CoA with ice. I think it will be somewhat similar for Sanji. Fire + Exoskeleton + CoA + Speed is already very strong and some of these can improve.

I actually like this point. Oda may not see the need of giving Sanji CoC since he is a genetically modified human so it makes up for it to some extent.

The thing is Oda didn't give Gaban CoC because he needed it, he gave it to him because he's Sanji's parallel. For the same reason, it was very obvious Zoro was gonna get CoC ever since Sabaody, but a lot of people denied it. Personally, I knew and repeatedly said he'd get it in Wano, years before Wano arc even started.

Rayleigh and Gaban, just like Roger, are only important because they represent even more important characters whom the story focuses on. Whatever they're capable of doing, they're capable of doing only to show us where Luffy, Zoro and Sanji are heading because they're the actual main characters.

First, people were saying Rayleigh having CoC didn't mean Zoro would get it and it backfired. Then people said Rayleigh having CoC didn't mean Gaban would have it and it backfired again. How many times do people have to be wrong to learn their lesson and see what Oda is putting in plain sight right in front of them?

Being able to be very close to Zoro while having no ACoC let alone CoC is a superb showing.

Being able to be this strong with only human effort (him+family) while others needing heaven's blessing (CoC) is admirable.

That's beside the point. Whether Sanji fans think it's better to not give him CoC or not, it doesn't change the fact it's pretty clear Oda is planning to give it to him. It's not like it's for us to decide if he's gonna have it.

Before that it was just some strange thing that Shanks had done when he went to Whitebeard’s ship (which wasn’t really translated right at the time), and that Luffy seemed to have done it against Duval’s bull.

If you want to invalidate that point, you gotta mention what Rayleigh has that Zoro doesn't, not the other way around. Luffy, Zoro and Sanji are the main characters and they're meant to surpass the old gen, that doesn't mean Roger, Rayleigh and Gaban aren't their parallels.

Going as far as calling Sanji a pedophile not only hurts your own credibility but also suggests you're being disingenuous on purpose.
