Just finished solo leveling. How tf is this shit considered “peak”?
it has no characters, no story, and half the time it just feels like the author is making this shit as he goes. It makes Kaido’s backstory look like the deepest shit ever written.

I have it in the same vein as dbz it's a fun watch, but from a story perspective its lost in the sauce and people over rate it focusing purely on the combative elements rather than the story elements I think Demon Slayer falls into the same camp, people call it peak but it's carried by the fights and animation but from a story stand point it's a bland story thats been done hundreds of times
The most cringe part about solo leveling anime is that all these 13 14 yo kid making edits and calling it GOAT
